Prevent depression

Who wouldn’t like to be happy and cheerful all the time? But fact is that one in every 5 of us are affected by a depression. However, by eating fish you can reduce the risk. An article in the Danish magazine “Sundhedsguiden” points out that it is the high content of omega-3-fatty acids that can have a very positive effect on our health and mood.
